Can I cancel anytime?
Of course! Just remember to cancel your subscription prior to your next billing cycle.
What is a monitor?
A monitor is any type of website or server check added to the monitors page, including HTTP(S), SMTP, Hostname, and IP checks.
What is a status page?
A status page is either a public or private web page where you can easily display the status of all your monitors to users or your team.
What counts as a subscriber?
A subscriber is any user that signed up on your status page to receive email updates when something goes wrong.
What are my payment options - credit card and/or invoicing?
You can use your credit card to pay for any plan. If you are a Corporate subscriber and want to pay yearly, we can send you a Yearly PO.
